Added

Bridge endpoints and events. POST /v1/bridges/quote, POST /v1/bridges/prepare, POST /v1/bridges and GET /v1/bridges/{id} move USD₮ across networks. New bridge.filled, bridge.refunded, bridge.failed and bridge.stalled events. Quotes and transactions return legs.

Changed

Optimism USD₮ sends deliver USDT only. A send on Optimism that cannot convert USD₮0 to USDT is refused with insufficient_funds or upstream_unavailable, instead of delivering USD₮0.

Fixed

No deposit events for swap proceeds. Tokens a wallet receives from its own swap no longer raise deposit events.

Treasury wallets and approval thresholds. isTreasury on wallet creation makes a treasury wallet. GET and POST /v1/wallets/{id}/threshold read and change its approval threshold.
Provision wallets on every chain. POST /v1/wallets/provision creates a customer's wallets on all supported networks in one request.
