Quick Start

Create your first customer and wallet.

1. Get a test API key

Create a test project in the dashboard and issue an API key for it. Test keys start with sk_test_ and work before your business is verified. The key is shown once, so store it securely.

2. Authenticate

Send the key as a Bearer token on every request.

curl https://api.pilot.shiga.io/v1/customers \
  -H 'Authorization: Bearer sk_test_...'

3. Create a customer

curl -X POST https://api.pilot.shiga.io/v1/customers \
  -H 'Authorization: Bearer sk_test_...' \
  -H 'Content-Type: application/json' \
  -d '{ "reference": "your-customer-id" }'

reference is your own identifier for the customer. Keep the id in the response; it identifies the customer in the requests that follow.

4. Create the customer's wallets

Register a passkey on the customer's device, then send its registration to Provision wallets. One call creates a wallet on every supported network, all secured by that passkey.

curl -X POST https://api.pilot.shiga.io/v1/wallets/provision \
  -H 'Authorization: Bearer sk_test_...' \
  -H 'x-customer-id: <customer id>' \
  -H 'Content-Type: application/json' \
  -d '{
    "passkeyRegistration": {
      "credentialId": "...",
      "credentialPublicKey": "...",
      "rpId": "your-domain.com",
      "origins": ["https://your-domain.com"]
    }
  }'

The response lists each wallet with its network and address.

5. Read balances

curl 'https://api.pilot.shiga.io/v1/wallets/balances?customerId=<customer id>' \
  -H 'Authorization: Bearer sk_test_...'
